Finals Week

Finally finished my "journey begins" project. I'm pretty proud of it; I can't say I have done a whole lot of big Photoshop projects, and this turned out well.

Also working on this character on the side. He doesn't really have a story or any purpose right now, but I guess I can get to that sometime too.

I found out the other day that I will be doing another 3rd level review, except now it's at my 5th level. I am unsure how I feel about this. On one hand, it was great practice, I like receiving input on my work, and I feel like I did a great job last time. On the other hand, it was a shit ton of work, I did it less than 2 quarters ago already, and I signed up for the class not knowing ahead of time that I would have to do another review.

These days my focus has been on school, and I think it's showing. I struggled a lot last quarter trying to balance work and school. This quarter I have done very well in my animation class and my character design class. It could just be because I feel much more passionately about these subjects than others I have taken, but I think having a break from work is nice. Plus I wasn't really making money. Which sucked, and it still sucks.

I need an internship. And some coffee.
